APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM
Pre-requisites to apply for RFC’s Apprenticeship Program are:
You must be 18 years old or older
You need to have authorization to work in the US
You have read the Apprenticeship Program Description and the Host Farm Position Descriptions
Apprenticeship applications are reviewed and sent to our partner Host Farms on a rolling basis. We recommend submitting your application early as spots at our Host Farms do fill up.
Applicants who identify as Black, Indigenous, Latine, or other Person of Color, LGBTQIA2s+, female, veterans, living with a disability, formerly incarcerated, and/or low-income are highly encouraged to apply!

Note that you will be asked to provide information about your work history and three references. If you do not have 3 professional / work references, please provide other references that can speak to your work ethic, attention to detail, communication skills, etc.
Once you’ve filled out the Apprenticeship application RFC staff will approve your application and then send it along to the Host Farms that you’ve expressed interest in. At that point you’ll receive a follow-up email from us with details about the interviewing process. Host Farms choose applicants to interview and make placement offers to.

REGENERATIVE FARMING FELLOWSHIP: Rogue Valley
Pre-requisites to apply for RFC’s Regenerative Farming Fellowship are:
You must be 18 years old or older
You need to have authorization to work in the US
You have read the Regenerative Farming Fellowship Program Description
You live in the Rogue Valley (Central Point/Medford area)
